Perry Wargnier was diagnosed with Ewing’s sarcoma on February 20^th, 2009. Ewing’s sarcoma is a form of cancer that starts in the bone or in soft tissue. The cells can then become metastatic and spread to other parts of the body and can eventually spread into the chest walls and lungs. Ewing’s is most commonly found in men between the ages of 10 and 20 and has to be treated with chemotherapy as well as radiation therapy. Perry is 21 years of age and has a very severe case of the disease. The sarcoma has already spread from his pelvis into his spine, and has begun to reach out to towards his lungs. As a member of the service industry, Perry has very little health insurance. This disease is very emotionally, physically, and monetarily draining. We are reaching out for any support you can provide.
